When I found out your premier was named “Scott Moe”, I would have bet my life savings he’d look like this:

Well, apparently he killed someone in a drunk driving incident (and fled the scene), so you’d be justified in thinking that.

my uncle had a “vacation” mobile home in a community in a flood plain years ago and many of the units were up like that - keeps it dry and gives instant carport space

Daamn! Some work went into that setup. Well done, Dude. C r oss braced, concrete slab with poles embedded. 2nd roof for heat, plumbed with large pipes, doubled 2*12 joists . Hope this is in the South, in a flood plain or it’s wasted.

How...?
Ok so I see the propane tank on the left; my guess is they added an extension hose to reach down for it and take the cylinder out for refills as necessary. And I’m sure there must be a shore power source that it’s plugged in to that isn’t immediately apparent due to the photo resolution ( I think that’s a meter box on the left?). Next question is the matter of plumbing, and I think I see a drain near where the rear wheel on this side used to be; presumably it’s going down to a septic tank or something. Looks like they removed both axles, too; not just the wheels.
All in all, seems like a pretty well-thought-out setup. Still wonder how they got it up there, though (crane?).

I do like the actual framework supports for the “slide outs”. Classy.
